Who we are

Maikers Studio is the platform of Maikers SAS, a workshop building bespoke tools for small and medium-sized companies. Maikers SAS is the controller of the data described here. Contact: raphael@maikers-studio.com.

What we collect

• Your account: first name, surname, work email address, company, telephone (optional).
• If you sign in with Google or Microsoft: your email address and your name, passed on by that service. We do not read your email, your files or your calendar.
• Your project: what you write in the scoping conversation, the documents you upload, your company website and the links you give us, the brief, the preview and the quote produced, your signature.
• Meetings and video calls: time slots, recording, transcript and minutes, if you turn them on.
• Technical data: IP address and browser at the time of a signature, error logs.

Why

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it to anyone. Your data is not used to train artificial intelligence models.

• To scope your need, produce a preview and a quote, then deliver the project.
• To let you sign in, work with your colleagues and sign a quote.
• To keep you informed by email of the stages of your project.
• To keep the platform secure and running properly.

Who has access

The Maikers Studio team, as far as your project requires, and our technical subprocessors: application hosting and database in the Paris region, artificial intelligence processing, email delivery, video conferencing. Each of them accesses only the data its service requires.

How long

Your account and project data is kept for as long as your account is active, then for three years after your last activity. Signed quotes are kept for ten years, as accounting rules require. You may ask for your account to be deleted at any time.

Your rights

You may access your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict its processing or obtain it in a readable format. Write to us at raphael@maikers-studio.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).

Cookies

Maikers Studio uses only the cookies needed to sign you in and remember your display preferences. No advertising or tracking cookies.
