The project

What the workshop builds for accountancy firms.

Bookkeeping never waits for the paperwork: it asks for it. We build the agent that takes that on, client by client. It compares what has arrived with what should have arrived, writes to the client on the channel they actually read, chases at the right pace, files each document as it lands and tells the account manager when a file is complete. You stay in control: every run is auditable, every message goes out from the firm, in your own tone. The morning review takes a few minutes instead of a week spent chasing receipts.

Other ideas

Three more ideas for this sector.

01

Reading supplier invoices

Incoming documents are read, matched against the ledger and flagged when an amount does not add up.

02

Monthly client dashboard

Every client receives their key figures, laid out, without anyone in the firm retyping them.

03

Engagement letters signed online

The letter is drafted from the agreed scope, sent, signed online and filed with the client record.
